Greetings everyone.
We, as the Coronets of Aquaterra, wish to formally remind all officers, deputies, Champions, any others working in an official capacity for the barony such as event steward, and Ourselves that our words have weight. Regardless of whether we are officially in a meeting, the words we speak matter and when done so in a public venue are often construed as being said in our official capacity. Please always keep this in mind when in public settings as the private opinions we all hold, for no one even Ourselves is without unconscious bias, do not represent the barony which shall hold to the tenets of the SCA’s Core Values.
In pursuing its mission, the SCA is committed to excellence in its programs, communications, and activities, and to
• act in accordance with the chivalric virtues of honor and service;
• value and respect the worth and dignity of all individuals;
• practice inclusiveness and respect pluralism and diversity;
• promote a safe and respectful environment for all SCA events;
• act with transparency, fairness, integrity, and honesty;
• be a responsible steward of SCA resources; and,
• be committed to maintaining the trust of its members and participants.
It is the expectation of the SCA that its members and participants, in all events and activities of the SCA, will conduct themselves in accordance with these tenets.

Officer Reports:
* Seneschal: HL Sabina di Zorzi
– Please remember that 3rd quarter reports are due to your Kingdom officer, the Coronets, your local superior officer if you have one, and myself by the end of the month. If you have any questions about how to do that, your Kingdom officer should be able to help you with that. If you are unable to get a template from them, please let me know and I’ll send you something that you can edit as needed for your needs until you get more guidance from them.
-Midhaven – pursuing adding those zip codes back in to AQ. Once I can get the zip codes list from Kingdom (request has been submitted) then I can officially request it here before we can officially start reaching out to get in touch with as many people in Midhaven as possible and ask if they would like the zip codes to go back to Aquaterra.
-Ursulmas rates came in and the contract is in hand. The Grandstands are open to a site walk through for the team, but only during daytime week days. We can re-submit our request for SCA insurance on November 1st.
Roller needs addressed
-Dates for 2024 and 2025 are on the calendar, other than Banner War 2024 is still pending a conflict request with Blatha an Oir.
Coronets are actively investigating.
-The Coronets and I will be working with Madrone and Wyewood on a TriBaronial Feast for 2024. Madrone has already reserved the date, 12/7, and have proposed that it be organized somewhat like Kingdom Feast, with each group handling a portion of the day. When we have more details, we will let you know, but if you’re interested in helping with this, please let us know!

Twitter we have 8 followers (3 tweets made in September)
Instagram we have 403 followers. Up 11 from last month (3 posts made in October)
Discord we have 35 members. Same as last month. (12 posts/comments made in the various channels)
