-Obviously – new meeting site/time. This should be more accessible in many ways, so I hope it works out.
-Met with a couple more officers to go over procedures and resources
-Set up the Good Yule site contract and paid the site fee to secure the date. The DRF is on the Kingdom Calendar so now we can do an EIF.
-Sent a million Change of Officer and Extension forms to Kingdom officers, so we are now current except our Master of Sword. I sent that to officers via e-mail, but didn’t get many replies, so I have the print out here tonight to gather signatures instead.

- I still have not received any response from my kingdom level counterpart so I have no idea what is require for quarterly reporting and we are coming up on the end of quarter two soon.

-Needs some site clarifications for the new site for practices. They are having good turnout. Has access to the calendar now and will try to keep up to date. Will be running the “hunt” and the Doggie Dagger.

– A & S in June is at Boar’s Hunt. Class/Lecture on period shoe construction and an Iron Needle competition.

-Had a games day in May, 4 ppl. Next games day is at the Mukilteo Library 6/25. Everything is ready to go for Boar’s Hunt – confirm schedule for contests.

Boars Hunt (Lady Sigrid Hrafnsdottir and HL Landinn de Marest) – June 2-4
-Tomorrow (5/31) EOD is the deadline for any information submittals for activities.
-Family activities is all set.

-Storage run is Thursday at 7 – put in the planning group.

-Opening court on Saturday morning, roving court with His Majesty. Saturday night, they will be running a

We have one bid, some of the vision: Set up info stations for all the different activities. Explain each of the activities, display setup. Two large screens with “shades of Ursulmas past”. Looking for Docents wearing some sort of identification so newcomers can find them for more information. Posted signs about who newcomers can talk to. Heavy use of QR codes to share information. Setting up photo booth, looking for “slip on” garb/costumes. More hands-on activities (ie bookmarks, connect with both research and voice heralds). ASAP looking to start socializing the event in public. Same layout as usual in general. Only concerns are budgets for marketing collateral.
