Join us for our baronial Financial and Business Meetings. They are usually held on the last Tuesday of the month, but sometimes they are a week earlier or later to accommodate other events or holidays. Check our website calendar for specific dates.
Remember, if you want to be part of how things are run, especially given how much things have changed recently, please remember that *you* are part of the *we* that run things, so please get involved! This is a volunteer run organization and our energies are limited, so we need your help!
We are currently needing bids for many events, and we have several office and deputy positions open! Even if you aren't up for those, there are plenty of other volunteer needs, such as helping look for sites for events, practices, etc. or taking on a role of running gate or a contest at an event.

Currently, we are holding our meetings at the Evergreen Branch of the Everett Public Library, located at 9512 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98204. We will be using Meeting Room A, which can be found by going straight back from the entrance and turning left once you reach the back area of the library. Light refreshments may be served if the room is left in an orderly condition and normal operations of the library are not affected. No alcohol is permitted. The room is reserved from 5:30-7:45, and we need to set up and put away tables and chairs as needed. The meetings will start at 6:30 so we have time to set up and be social first and still have time to get everything put away after the meeting.
We will do our best to host the meeting via Zoom as well and will post that link to the Reeds, Facebook page, and Discord on the day of the meeting.
