Seneschal: HL Sabina di Zorzi
New Senechal – Camilla Valerian – Changeover at Banner War, transitioning this month. I’ll take the Contingency role for now so there will be continuity in support.
Chatelaine office is now accepting applications, with an urgent need to fill that role. If necessary, I have clearance from Kingdom to take the role temporarily just to keep us in good standing, but ideally, we would get the next full term officer in place instead. If we get applications this week, we could still get them in place by Banner War.
We are also currently needing a new Thrown Weapons officer, we will be needing a new Arts and Sciences officer by Ursulmas, and our Exchequer is looking for their replacement.
The person interested in applying for YAFA is able to apply now, so that announcement should hopefully be coming out shortly!
We have the dates for the upcoming polling! Details should be posted very soon! Everyone should work on getting their accounts set up on the AnTir website, though, to make sure they can access their polling forms when the time comes!

Good turnout at Newcomer meetings, 2 of them came to champions and are planning to attend more events. Sep 11, 430-645. Planning to change locations with new officer to a location with better hours for working adults. 5 people attended “the final Boss”.

Banner War – September 20-22
Working on schedule. Keep an eye on Social media platforms. Kingdom calendar is most up to date. Waiting on descriptions for some of the contests. Looking for blurbs, email Jaidya. ½ dozen, siege cooking, hospitality, youth banner hunt, etc. planned. Reach out to Event steward. Work party happening week before at Mason’s site. Autem War weekend, let her know if you CAN make it. Register if want to stay for dinner (fried chicken). Tuesday or Wednesday before event likely storage run.

Feast list in progress, going to Their Excellencies by the end of the week. Classes will be offered during the day. Details will be posted as they become available.
Ursulmas – January 24-26
I presented a budget and team during the Financial Meeting. I will be focusing on getting the event details online as soon as possible, including that we can’t have a Sleeping Hall this year, and that the entry rates will be going up in order to cover the costs. Those entry rates will be published in the fall, as soon as the Fairgrounds provide us with their 2025 rates. I am still looking for a co-Steward, Volunteer Coordinator, Lists, Prize Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Volunteer Food Coordinator, and Royal Liaison.
