For safety’s sake, all displays, tables, chairs, racks, signs, walls, shelves, merchandise, and personal items must stay within the booth’s footprint.
If yes, you will need to bring your own UL-rated, commercial-grade extension cord and surge protector power strip. Final approval depends on the fire marshal’s inspection.
This helps us ensure that later arrivals aren't blocked by others who are still unpacking,and that earlier arrivals can get their vehicles back out.

~ Next Steps ~
After you submit this form, the event staff will review it and contact you at the email address you provided above to discuss your needs and calculate your merchant / gate fee. You may then mail a check to the Barony. When that check is received, you will be sent a PDF via email confirming your registration. Print out that PDF and bring it with you to the event; you will need it to get through Gate.
