My booth should enhance the Medieval atmosphere of this event and not detract from it. I will make a reasonable attempt at an appropriate presentation. Modern, sci-fi, and fanstastical wares are not permitted. My display must remain tasteful and minor-friendly.*
I understand that all universal business identifiers (aka: UBI, tax registration number, business license number) may be checked for validity at any time and are required by SCA policy and county law.*
My merchant fee includes gate fee for one person per 10x10 slot purchased. Any additional helpers must pay the appropriate gate fee and be able to produce a site token.*
My booth must be open for business during all public event hours. Packing / leaving early is not permitted.*
I may make arrangements to sleep in my booth or in the sleeping hall. I am solely responsible for the safety of my booth, merchandise, and other personal belongings. I understand that this is a large building and while it is heated, I am solely responsible for my own well-being and comfort.*
My reservation for this event is not final until I receive a receipt for my merchant fee payment. Filling out this form is an application, not a confirmation.*

For safety’s sake, all displays, tables, chairs, racks, signs, walls, shelves,
merchandise, and personal items must stay within the booth’s footprint.

After you submit this form, the event staff will review it and contact you at the email address you provided above to discuss your needs and calculate your merchant / gate fee. You may then mail a check to the Barony. When that check is received, you will be sent a PDF via email confirming your registration. Print out that PDF and bring it with you to the event; you will need it to get through Gate.
